For Nick, cooking has always been a family affair — from watching his dad pull the Thanksgiving turkey out of the oven to helping plate dishes for catering parties. He grew up in restaurants, absorbing the energy, personality, and constant motion of a busy kitchen. Those early experiences sparked his love for hospitality and shaped his belief in the power of food to bring people together — a feeling he’s been chasing ever since.
Nick moved from Scranton, PA to Philadelphia to pursue that calling. He enrolled in culinary school and began working at Bar Hygge and later Lacroix, gaining valuable experience across a range of kitchens and service styles. After graduating, he wanted a place with strong leadership, room to grow, and a work environment that aligned with his goals.
That’s when he found Mighty Bread Co. The combination of great food, great bread, and a deeply supportive team made it the right fit — a place where he could continue developing his craft and building toward the hospitality career he’s always envisioned.
