Gregg Goldstein

Assistant Operations Manager

Before joining Mighty Bread Co., Gregg Goldstein spent much of his career in the corporate world, most recently as an Advertising Executive with The Philadelphia Inquirer. In that role, he managed the full sales process — from client outreach and campaign planning to ad creation and optimization — skills that gave him a sharp eye for detail and a steady hand under pressure.

When the COVID shutdown hit, Gregg saw an opportunity to shift gears and pursue something that aligned more closely with his passions: great food, good people, and the city he calls home. A longtime Mighty Bread regular who used to grab loaves and sandwiches from the courtyard window, he joined the team in 2022 after spotting an Instagram post looking for a delivery driver. 

Since then, Gregg has grown into his role as Assistant Operations Manager, helping keep the bakery running smoothly and the bread moving across Philadelphia. Outside of work, he enjoys playing guitar, discovering new music, watching sports, and drinking soda.
